Vexxan (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates an executive interview simulation studio in Toronto, Canada. Because our clients often engage us during sensitive executive career transitions, data privacy is fundamental to our business model. We adhere to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy standards.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to prepare and execute professional coaching engagements:

• Contact Information: Name, professional email address, telephone number, and billing details provided during consultation booking.
• Preparation Materials: Resumes, target job specifications, or panel biographies voluntarily shared for simulation tailoring.
• Audiovisual Studio Recordings: High-definition audio and video recorded during live mock interviews on our premises or via remote video links.

3. Video Recording Retention & Automated Deletion

Studio recording files are treated with the highest tier of confidentiality:

• Recordings are made exclusively for the client’s educational playback and diagnostic review.
• Files are stored on encrypted arrays and provided via password-protected links.
• All recording files are automatically deleted after fourteen (14) calendar days following the session date unless the client submits an earlier written deletion request.
• We do not retain archive copies, and recordings are never used for promotional purposes.

4. Cookies & Web Measurement Tags

Our website uses essential cookies necessary for site navigation and storing user consent choices. In addition, our website incorporates Google Ads measurement tags (AW-18468254781) configured strictly under Google Consent Mode v2:
