Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Services

Vexxan provides professional mock interview simulations, audio-visual performance critiques, and executive presence coaching. Our services are educational and consultative in nature. While our simulations prepare candidates rigorously, Vexxan does not guarantee employment offers, compensation outcomes, or hiring decisions made by third-party employers.

2. Booking and Fees

The standard Diagnostic Session fee is fixed at 190 EUR (or equivalent agreed upon invoiced currency) for a 90-minute engagement. Payment or confirmed purchase order is required prior to securing studio time. Custom multi-session executive tracks are billed according to written engagement proposals.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Because studio time, recording technicians, and coaching directors are reserved exclusively for each booking:

• Rescheduling: Permitted without penalty if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of a confirmed booking may incur a 50% reservation fee to cover studio holding costs.
• No-Shows: Forfeited sessions are non-refundable.

4. Mutual Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all candidate materials, career histories, and employer-specific scenarios. Candidates similarly agree not to publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit proprietary questioning frameworks, rubrics, or diagnostic scoring tools provided by Vexxan.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any engagements conducted at our Toronto facility or online are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
